The service offers more than 100 magazine titles for download, with more planned. Those currently available include consumer titles TopGear, Maxim, Red, Total Film and Grazia.
Registered users are able to make one-off purchases or choose from a range of packages. The roll-out follows a three-week trial phase.
For a limited period, John Menzies is offering one free magazine download to drive user registration.
Subsequent to the launch of the service, Sarah Clegg, commercial director of digital magazine publisher Zinio, will join as managing director of Menzies Digital in September. She has previously worked at Emap Consumer Magazines and replaces Simon Clough, who has been overseeing the launch of Magazines on Demand.
