Diesel "Unforgettable denim" by Publicis Italy

Diesel reclaims a lost summer for its Fall 2020 campaign.
The ad shows stranded young people as they try to replicate their summer plans, all of which have been struck down by the coronavirus pandemic. While a surfer pops up on a shopping trolley to mimic his trip to Bali, another takes up parkour in tribute of her hiking trip to the Andes.
"Make beautiful memories of what you didn’t do," the spot says, encouraging customers to customise their denim to commemorate the summer that never was.
The ad comes alongside social activity starring skateboarder and model Evan Mock and Italian-American actress Julia Fox. It was written by Nicolò Santovincenzo and Dan Arango, art directed by Daniele Tesi and Arthur Amorim, and directed by Pantera through Somesuch and Anonymous Content.
During Pride, Diesel launched a campaign highlighting transgender rights, while earlier this month the brand released a trio of superhuman spots to promote its smartwatch.
