Deutsch warns of invisible water monsters with VR game

Children learn how to protect themselves from "Hidden Dangers" for Water is Life

Virtual reality games do more than transport users to an alternate universe. They can also educate viewers on the ecosystem in their own backyard. Nonprofit Water is Life developed the Hidden Dangers VR experience with Ntropic + Tactic, and instead of shooting bad guys, this game knocks out river monsters invisible to the naked eye, like bacteria. Through a three-minute docu-short, Deutsch and Missing Pieces reveal how vital the VR game is to educating rural children about their water sources, asking for money to support this cause. For just $10, the ad says, children can be given a filtration straw that will protect them from water's hidden dangers.
