
Launching this week (4 August) for three months, the deli pop-up will serve a wide range of fresh salads such as miso kale and aubergine, courgetti with cashew and basil pesto and sweet potato with red onion. Juices, smoothies and baked goods will also be on offer, with some creations exclusive to Selfridges, as such as the 'super green cooler'.
Lily Simpson, founder of The Detox Kitchen, said: "I’ve always admired Selfridges and the inspirational, creative brands that the store is home to. Although we’ve stocked our grab-and-go range in the store for some time now, it’s very exciting that we’ve been asked to bring a full range of salads, smoothies and baked goods to the food hall for Selfridges shoppers to enjoy."
Adrian Boswell, buyer at Selfridges, added: "I am really excited in regards to the prospect of expanding the work we do with The Detox Kitchen, who I believe share the same ideologies with the Selfridges brand, promoting healthy living via their range of products."
The Detox Kitchen's dishes focus on food that is free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar, using high quality ingredients, from local, sustainable sources. The business currently comprises of two delis, a cookbook and a healthy food delivery service.
