Hosted by the committee and Sport One Danmark, the event will welcome 400 guests including Danish dignitaries and the Danish Olympic team to the Kensington museum.
The caterer plans to serve a menu of British classics with a "creative twist" and will be creating a bespoke cocktail to commemorate the occasion.
Kim Kristoffersen, commercial director for Sport One Danmark said: "This is a very important event for us so we were very careful about choosing the right caterer. We have tasted Jackson Gilmour’s food and not only does it look wonderful, it tastes fantastic too. We are extremely confident that they will be able to deliver this high standard for 400 people on the night."
Anne Aitken, marketing director at Jackson Gilmour added: "It’s always a delight to work at this spectacular venue and I am not surprised the Danes chose the Natural History Museum for their flagship Olympic important event.
