
De Hair will take over the role on July 1, succeeding Lucas Covers who is leaving the company.
The new CEO has been working for De Boer for more than 14 years and has held different management board positions in logistics and IT. Since 2001 he has served as chief logistics officer.
De Boer’s supervisory board has welcomed the new appointment and said: "Arnout de Hair has broad experience in the operational management of De Boer and he is well acquainted with the market and its clients. Under his leadership the company will move into a new phase, with a focus on strengthening productivity, developing new and innovative structures and further improving profitability."
