David Lloyd's Harbour Club will be offering the service from 18-20 April, giving interested parties the chance to take part in a 10-minute HIIT workout from their doorsteps.
The brand will be helping Londoners work off the affects of the Easter weekend by getting them to work out in whatever way possible, whether its weighted squats with plant pots or bicep curls with a garden gnome. The personal trainers will adapt each session according to the space and apparatus they have available to help Kensington residents shape up and get fit.
Each personal trainer comes from the Kensington Harbour Club, due to open in June 2017 on Cromwell Road. The club will feature five floors, a 25m swimming pool, a dedicated HIIT studio, personal training pods and a spa.
Rob Sambles, general manager at the new Kensington Harbour Club, said: "A 10-minute HIIT workout is easy to fit into the day and what better place to do it than your own doorstep? HIIT training helps keep your heartrate up, boosts your metabolism and there are many things in the home and garden to use to help enhance your workout. We’re looking forward to meeting the people of Kensington and getting them training."
In January, which encouraged guests to pay for their lunch with exercise.
