The rebrand and supporting marketing materials, including sales presentations and retail concessions, have been created by branding agency Aesop.
The website has been overhauled to encourage customers to interact with the brand and share its content though social media platforms.
Project D London launched in 2010 and has 35 UK stockists. It is also available in Asia and Australia.
Martin Grimer, executive creative director at Aesop, said the new identity is reflective of the relationship between Minogue and Somerset-Webb.
Minogue said: "Our company has evolved from a girly chat between best mates to a label that is expanding globally.
"We love dressing women and we are all about curves, so I am excited to see which ladies around the world connect with that special Project D London sashay."
Minogue and Somerset-Webb are expanding the brand into further markets, especially Europe and the Middle East.
