The annual event took place on 1 November at the House of Lords, and recognised those who have made a notable contribution to the events and visual communications industry.
Leading professionals from across the industry came to celebrate the outstanding work and contributions made by Fellows. In association with Grosvenor Film, the ceremony seeks to indentify and reward trailblazers within the industries of events and communications.
Previous Fellows include Sir Martin Sorrell, Dame Anita Roddick, Sir Bob Geldof, Sir Bruce Forsyth, Baroness Grey-Thompson and Kevin Spacey.
Dale Parmenter, said: "I am overwhelmed to be honoured with this fellowship award. I’m fascinated by the power of communication and I have a particular passion for internal comms. If we’re not obsessed with our people, we will never realise true profit, shareholder value, creativity or innovation, and our values and culture will stand for very little. Communication is not just about one channel; it is the ability to control and use multiple channels at the same time, and today we are blessed with a multitude of toys in our communication box."
