The group, including Kudos Hospitality manager at Church House Conference Centre Heidi Nielsen, group buyer Jenna Smith and safety & assurance manager Karl Wilkinson, will fly into Kilimanjaro airport on 27 January.
The hike will last six days with the climbers being able to rest in the evening at dedicated camp sites en route to the peak, which sits at 5,895m high.
Each employee needs to raise a minimum of £3,600 to participate in the climb of which the group's charitable organisation, the Crown Foundation, will receive £1,800pp (minus travel, accommodation and meals).
The Crown Group will match the final figure raised, with the funds going towards its three chosen charities: Make A Wish Foundation, Children's Forces Trust and Charms.
"Climbing to the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro is a huge challenge, one well worth doing to raise funds for great charities that provide excellent services. On the trek we will have to overcome altitude sickness, muscle cramps and intense weather conditions. Training will help tackle the adversities we will face and we are all busy getting our bodies in shape, as well as securing all important sponsorship pledges," said Beer.
