The seminar is being held at No 4 Hamilton Place on Thursday 3 May, from 3pm to 5.30pm.

Ahead of the Jubille and 2012 Games, the seminar will provide event organisers, venue managers and their employees with information and advice on how to offer a safe and secure environment for VIP’s and other high-profile event attendees.

Carl Gillfoyle and Colin Luther-Davies of Crewsaders Security will lead the seminar. Both have had many years of experience dealing with VIP’s in venues throughout the world.

Jonathan Byrne, chief executive of No 4 Hamilton Place – which will be Japan House during the Olympics – said he is delighted to host the seminar. "My team and I will definitely benefit from the advice and be able to enhance the service we provide during the Olympics."

Event professionals can register for the free seminar .
