Davies has been managing director of WWAV Rapp Collins Bristol for two years. His career started at WWAV and he went on to co-found integrated agency Junction Group and hold senior account management positions at Tullo Marshall Warren and EHS Brann.
EMO Group handles BMW's online dealer marketing and integrated work for housebuilder George Wimpey and Bang & Olufsen.
Creston chief executive Don Elgie said Davies came highly recommended by TMW, which is a recent Creston acquisition.
"Nick's direct marketing background is an added bonus," he said.
The managing director role has been handed over to Davies by Glenn Orr, who retains his other role of chairman.
Orr and director Stuart Slocombe sold EMO to Creston in late 2003 and have remained with the company after completing their earn-out period.
