Three creditors have contacted Event claiming that they are owed a combined deficit of almost £130,000.
Event reported on Friday how the agency had begun steps to go into voluntary liquidation, making all staff at its London and Northampton offices redundant (read the story ).
Family business Co-ordination Catering Hire showed Event invoices totalling £29,000 for work carried out on behalf of European over the Christmas period at the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) and Bloomsbury Club.
Managing director Gavin White said he is worried that he will never get his money back.
European Events chief executive Christopher Palmer-Jeffrey was unavailable for comment.
Simon Chandler of Mazars LLP said he cannot confirm how much individual companies are owed at the moment, but would like to hear from anyone that is owed money.
