Jeremy Probert was director of communications for two-and-a-half years and has now moved on as director of PR business The Wordmonger.
"I enjoyed my time with Earls Court, but it is now time to look for new challenges," said Probert.
The EC&O marketing and communications team will stay the same with Tom Lambregts as digital marketing manager, Lynne Marie Cox as communications manager, Tom Borthen as marketing program manager and Vicky Tupper as communications and marketing executive.
The team will report directly to the commercial department.
