Taking place at Pitfield London, the Country Life Kitchen events will see guests dine on a bespoke four-course meal and matching wines.
Maddams, who has previously worked as head chef at River Cottage, will create a seasonal menu for guests, using a selection of local and wild ingredients.
A selection of canapés will be served to start; meanwhile more substantial options will include beet brisket with nettle puree, cockles and leek, a dish comprising gnocchi, creamed seabeet, onions and cheddar, and a rhubarb crumble to finish.
Tickets are £55 and include a gin and tonic on arrival, four courses, wine pairings and mineral water.
Maddams will also be on hand to sign copies of his latest River Cottage Handbook, which will be available to purchase at the events.
