Costa takes an unorthodox approach to training its baristas in an ad starring Javone Prince.

The comedian and actor plays a life coach inspiring staff to help the company become "magnificent" by stomping on a laptop, punching through walls and sitting in a paddling pool full of coffee beans.

The work was created by Jack Willoughby and Serhan Asim at 101, and directed by Nick Gordon through Somesuch. Post-production was by Electric Theatre Collective and audio post-production was by 750mph.
