The festival will then travel to Playa del Carmen in Mexico on 26 July before hitting beaches in Acapulco in Mexico, Toronto Islands in Canada and Ibiza in Spain throughout August. Full details of performers and locations of the latter three festivals have not yet been announced.
Each festival is expected to attract between 5,000 and 8,000 attendees.
Digital partner Beatport will also run an online DJ competition alongside the event, culminating in a grand final at the closing festival in Ibiza.
