The event series, coined Converse Rubber Tracks London, will include a total of six performances, workshops and panel discussions over three days.

The shoe brand has partnered with online radio station NTS to deliver a live radio show and party at east London venue, One Good Deed on 4 December. The event will be hosted by NTS DJs and include performances by special guests as well as interviews.

On 5 December members of the public will be able to choose from either a six-hour boat party on the Thames, featuring performances by the likes of Bok Bok, FYI, LA Priest and High Lucia, or a live show at 100 Club headlined by Run The Jewels.

Both events will be broadcast live on Boiler Room, enabling those who are unable to attend the chance to tune in to the action.

The 100 Club on Oxford Street will host three events on 6 December. From 10am to 1pm NTS’ MrBeatnick will host the Producer Workshop for aspiring music producers.

The event will look at how to use royalty-free samples, loops and stems from the Converse Rubber Tracks Sample Library, and attendees can expect to receive tips and advice. To apply, individuals are required to create a beat using material from the aforementioned library and submit it to a panel of judges, who will select 20 applicants to take part on the day.

Mr Beatnick will also host a one-hour live panel debate that addresses the topic: ‘Producing with samples and the Converse Rubber Tracks sample library’ at the venue from 2.30pm.

Finally Kelela will deliver a live performance from 7pm, with support acts to include Georgia and Azekel, as well as Moxie and CKtrl, who will deliver DJ sets.

Those interested in attending are required to register for free tickets for individual events via the Converse music website.
