With the new roster, the COI has expanded the number of field marketing agencies it can call on.
Marc Michaels, director of direct and relationship marketing at the COI, said: "Since the last roster review there has been growth in operational areas such as field marketing with a greater need to make contact a 'real' experience in an increasingly 'virtual' world. COI has increased its access to suppliers with experience in directly engaging citizens to influence behaviour.
"Reaching diverse audiences is a key element of government marketing activity. Data groups selected will offer improved analytical, profiling and segmentation capability as a basis for informed and effective marketing strategies."
