COI appoints operational DM roster companies

LONDON – The COI has finalised its direct marketing roster, which includes field marketing, contact centres, mailing services and data suppliers.

With the new roster, the COI has expanded the number of field marketing agencies it can call on.

Marc Michaels, director of direct and relationship marketing at the COI, said: "Since the last roster review there has been growth in operational areas such as field marketing with a greater need to make contact a 'real' experience in an increasingly 'virtual' world. COI has increased its access to suppliers with experience in directly engaging citizens to influence behaviour.

"Reaching diverse audiences is a key element of government marketing activity. Data groups selected will offer improved analytical, profiling and segmentation capability as a basis for informed and effective marketing strategies."
