The Co-op has launched a Christmas TV campaign in an attempt to become consumers’ first choice when it comes to picking up forgotten bits and bobs. Leo Burnett London created the spot, in which people are shown exclaiming things such as "marzipan!" and "ginger nuts!", and then rushing to a Co-op to buy the forgotten item. The ad ends with the strapline: "Help is only a Co-op away this Christmas."
