The decision to move the successful exhibition, which debuted last year at Excel London, was taken after the organisers were able to secure the dates they wanted at Earls Court.
Clothes Show London managing director Gavin Brown said: "Historically we were going to go Earls Court originally, but because we needed both exhibition halls the dates were not available. For 2010 these dates were free, so it makes sense to have the show at Earls Court."
, which saw Jordan launch her clothing range, attracted more than 30,000 visitors despite Transport for London (TfL) shutting the Jubilee Line, which forced the organisers to lay on buses for visitors.
TfL has struggled to guarantee a regular Jubilee Line and DLR service all year, and works are expected to continue until at least Easter.
Next year the exhibition will feature the Fashion Theatre in Earls Court 1, while the rest of exhibition will be located in Earls Court 2. Similar to this year's show it will also feature the Nail and Champagne Bar, Ibiza Cafe and Designer Beach.
New features will include The Clothes Show Style Awards, The Clothes Show Nail Awards and The UK Beauty Awards.
