The event will also feature fashion, dance performances and special guest appearances at a catwalk show to be held in venue's Fashion Theatre.
"We have grown, in 20 years, to become the largest fashion and beauty event in the world - when you consider just how important fashion is in the cultural landscape today, that represents no mean feat," said Gavin Brown, managing director of Haymarket Exhibitions.
XFM presenter David Berry will host the theatre on 6 and 7 December with Kay taking the microphone on 8 and 9 December alongside UKTV Style Clothes Show presenter and fashion journalist Louise Roe. On 6 December Dixon will also perform her new single.
Further feature areas include the Maybelline New York Image Catwalk, in association with Company Magazine, and it will be hosted by celebrities including
Hollyoaks' actors Matt Littler and Darren Jon-Jeffries.
Finally replacing Eve Style Show, The Style Show will feature cutting edge fashion brands, The Designer Catwalk and the Cocktail Bar.
