Clear has created a new logo and strapline, "Always there for young people", as well as a brochure, leaflet and fundraising collateral to help promote the charity and raise funds.
OnSide's initial aim is to create five purpose-built youth facilities across the North West in Blackburn, Oldham and Carlisle.
The facilities will be modelled on the Bolton Lads and Girls Club, which is currently used by 3,500 young people a week. Jeremy Glover, chief executive of the Bolton Lads and Girls Club, is also heading up OnSide.
Jim Smith, Clear's managing director, has joined the charity's board as head of marketing.
Smith said: "This is hugely exciting scheme to be involved in. OnSide provides a more realistic answer to anti-social behaviour than Asbos by offering a range of activities and services in purpose built premises open seven days a week.
"The brand identity and language used has been designed to appeal to club members as well as communicate what the scheme is about.
"The marketing campaign will focus on raising awareness of the scheme, to gain supporters and raise much-needed funds."
OnSide needs to raise £300,000 for its first three years in operation. It is run by local authorities, volunteers and various North West businesses.
