The outdoor campaign breaks next Monday with 48-sheet posters at key commuter train stations and advertising on buses nationally.
The campaign is focused around the idea that Classic FM is the ‘relaxation station' and will be supported with online activity. This includes a dedicated relaxation section on the station's website. It was planned by media agency PHD.
Classic FM is releasing a three-CD supermarket-racked album to coincide with the release. 'Relaxation' is an album of relaxing piano music and will be released on 21 September supported by a separate TV ad.
Classic FM has 5.7 million listeners according to the latest RAJAR figures. This was an increase of more than 300,000 listeners in the last three months.
