Clark McKay & Walpole appoints head of data planning

LONDON – Clark McKay and Walpole has poached data specialist Tim Green from OgilvyOne Worldwide, where he was head of data strategy for the Jigsaw Consortium, and has created a new head of data planning position for him.

Green will head the existing data and analytical team and report into agency co-founder and managing director, Janet McKay.

McKay said: "We have an ongoing commitment to grow and strengthen our planning function. Tim was the natural choice to fill this vital position."

One of Direct Response's Power 50 in Data, Green started his career in account management for database bureaux including Identex and Acxiom. He made the leap from bureau to agency with TBWA/GGT in 1999.

At OgilvyOne Worldwide, Green crafted data strategies for Jigsaw Consortium members Unilever, Cadbury Trebor Bassett and Kimberley-Clark.

His career has included secondments to Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam.
