Clark McKay & Walpole has been acquired by Media Square, the Aim-listed marketing services group that also owns Banc. CMW, founded in 1995, will continue to operate as a separate agency and be run by Jonathan Clark, the managing director, and Janey McKay, the co-founder. Steve Walpole remains the executive creative director.
