Clark McKay appoints business development head

LONDON - Clark, McKay & Walpole has appointed Matthew McMinn to the new position of head of business development to raise the agency's profile among potential clients.

McMinn joins from direct marketing agency CBA where he was account director working across brands including BMW, British Gas, Hyundai and HFC Bank.

The new role sees McMinn make a return to Clark McKay, where he was previously a senior account manager before leaving in 2001 to travel in Asia and Australia.

In his new role, McMinn will drive a new-business strategy across the whole agency including its digital, planning and retail divisions.

Clark McKay's clients include Marbles, Weight Watchers,Beneficial, Porsche and John Lewis Financial.

McMinn has also worked at WWAV Rapp Collins, EHS Brann and Bates in Melbourne.

Jonathan Clark, agency co-founder and chairman, said: "Matthew will bring to the role a huge amount of energy and enthusiasm coupled with a perceptiveness and tenacity which I know will deliver excellent results."
