
The team-building experience aims to develop participants’ communication, focus and co-operation abilities, as their observation and strategy skills are put to the test in a real-life mission.
It will begin with a briefing from surveillance specialists, where participants, who will work in teams, learn about real national security threats. They will then be given an operational brief and background information about the suspects they will be following.
Before being deployed on their mission, team members will be required to complete a range of tasks typically designed for security service personnel. These include map reading, observing, radio voice procedures, and entering or covering premises where a suspect is located.
Once deployed, teams will be required to track their targets, gaining as much information about them as possible without getting caught.
The experience can be created on a bespoke basis, in respect to the surroundings of local towns and cities across the UK, and stars from the show, such as intelligence expert Ben Owen and undercover detective Peter Bleksley, can be hired for the events.
