The Chevy Camaro gets an interactive graffiti mural for its 50th birthday

Commonwealth/McCann celebrates the model's golden anniversary with a retrospective of every generation of the car

It’s been 50 years since the Chevrolet Camaro roared onto the automotive scene, and five generations of the pony car have made regular appearances in pop culture, from "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" and "Better Off Dead" to the less timeless "Fast and Furious" and "Transformers." Now the sixth gen model is inspiring graffiti artists enlisted by Commonwealth/McCann. The murals and video can be seen at a  that also includes an interactive timeline that allows viewers to explore the images in depth. It’s an effort worthy of an ode by the Dead Milkmen.
