The club has hired Bright to create a DRTV ad, which will air on satellite channels. It will be the first work to feature the club's new signings, including Ukraine striker Andriy Shevchenko.
Bright, which won the account following a pitch, is expected to handle further activity throughout the coming season.
The agency has also been hired to handle the club's direct and online advertising for the drive. Media planning and buying will be handled by Mike Colling & Company.
The activity, which launches this week, positions the satellite and online subscription channels as the only way to get close to the team.
Pre-season preparation games, including a match against the US MLS All Stars in Chicago, will be broadcast exclusively on Chelsea TV.
