Center Parcs hires Nucleus for new look

Center Parcs has appointed brand experience consultancy Nucleus to create an ecommerce site for its UK operations.

The new site, to be launched in September, will be the first step in Center Parcs' plan to increase its volume of online bookings and transform users' online brand experience.

In a two-phase programme, Nucleus will create a content-rich web site based around a new content management system, and in 2004, replace the booking and reservation system.

Peter Matthews, Nucleus managing director, said: "With an improved web experience, the percentage of Center Parcs customers booking online can grow exponentially."
