Taylor has run the exhibitions and consumer publishing division of Centaur Media for the last ten years and leaves to run his own company.
"Centaur has many excellent brands and I have been fortunate to create, work on and develop many of them over the last 22 years," said Taylor.
"However, working in an entrepreneurial environment has fuelled my desire to own my own company. With Centaur Exhibition profits once again growing strongly now is the right time to move on."
Taylor will leave on 1 September.
