Last week, CBS fell out with Hulu, the News Corporation and NBC Universal-backed online video service, when it pulled its programming from TV.com, citing contractual restrictions imposed by content providers.
According to reports, CBS's TV.com is to open up some of its online video content to international audiences.
Shows such as Beverly Hills 90210, Melrose Place and MacGyver are now accessible globally via TV.com.
The site relaunched recently following CBS's $1.8bn purchase of parent company CNET last year.
Anthony Soohoo, senior vice-president of entertainment and lifestyle for CBS Interactive, is reported to have said: "There is a huge opportunity outside the US to supply premium video content to our international users, who until now, had no access to video clips from the US online."
CBS was unavailable for comment.
