Capital VIP was established in 1992 and runs a series of annual events in nightclubs including Pacha and the Ministry of Sound. Its guests are typically the children of high-profile politicians, actors and celebrities.
Andrew Russell, owner of Capital VIP, said: "It has become apparent with an increase in demand for outstanding events from corporates, discerning individuals, leading educational institutions and others, that our existing brand, which is aimed solely at our teenage audience, was not sufficiently centered around the needs and expectations of our clients."
The two businesses will be operated by the same team, from Capital VIP’s offices in Holland Park.
Capital Events is producing two family-focused live music events this summer at Ripley Castle in north Yorkshire, and Sussex Barn in Norfolk.
