Capital, which fell to fourth place in the survey last quarter, increased its share from 4.1% to 4.7% and its reach from 1.52m to 1.72m.
Kiss has posted a 4.3% audience share, down from 4.5% last quarter. However, Kiss did increase its reach from 1.52m to 1.59m listeners.
Fellow Emap station Magic maintained its leading position with an unchanged 6.2% share, which Global Radio's Heart equalled for the second quarter in a row.
However, Magic has the edge on reach, boasting 2.03m listeners, up from 1.96m the quarter before. Heart's reach climbed from 1.81m to 1.95m.
Radio 1 in London recorded an audience share of 5.8%, up from 5.5% in the second quarter, which places it above Capital Radio in the survey. But its reach fell from 1.54m to 1.52m.
