
Cochrane will leave Channel 4 after helping to plan the reorganisation of the marketing, communications and audiences department that currently employs 170 people.
She has been at the broadcaster for 10 years, during which time she has overseen the development of Channel 4's multi-platform products including E4, More4, 4 Music and 4oD.
