Taking place on Monday 22 February at Earls Court, the event will be attended by some of the major employers, associations and stakeholders from the events sector and will focus on areas such as the National Skills Academy, continuing professional development (CPD) and the benefits of work-based and e-learning.

The workshop will be moderated by Peter Rand MBE, director of industry relations at Zibrant, and is being co-ordinated by industry consultant, Tony Rogers.

"This workshop will play a crucial role in the continued development of the UK events industry," said chairman of the BVEP, Michael Hirst OBE. "It is also a perfect example of how the BVEP is working to actively support its members and the wider industry."
