HomeChoice offers a bundled subscription package of broadband internet access, digital radio and TV channels. Movies on demand are also available. The deal will enable customers who do not have a satellite dish or cable television to subscribe to BSkyB's channels.
BSkyB will offer HomeChoice customers Sky Sports 1, 2 and 3, Xtra and Sky Movies. The cheapest package will cost about £20 amonth.
Martin Goswami, the commercial director at BSkyB, said: "[The agreement] enables Sky to retail its services on the HomeChoice platform. This is a new initiative for Sky and a further broadening of the distribution of our channels."
BSkyB recently unveiled an intensive marketing strategy and an overhaul of the Sky brand to combat slowing subscriber growth.
