
The Emporio Eivissa four-day experience will launch on Thursday (8 May) and will feature a market where visitors can pick up the latest summer essentials, as well as a bohemian cocktail bar and themed street-food.
Visitors will be able to get style tips and buy summer outfits and jewellery from the likes of Only Child London, Tinned Bananas and House of Jam. They will also be able to receive henna tattoos from Mahina Henna.
Caterer Platterform have created a special menu inspired by Ibiza, with dishes infused with Brugal rum, including BBQ chicken wings with a Brugal marinade, corn fritters served with a Brugal herb salsa, and black-eyed bean chilli, Brugal mango salsa and lettuce served in a brioche bun.
Brugal Rum has worked with Hire the Barman in the past to run a number of sampling campaigns and manage the Brugal Rum Shack – an experiential transportable bar.
