British Gas has continued its "Here to solve" campaign in light of changes to people's lives caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

The ad focuses on the work of engineers and customer support teams in response to Covid-19, with a spotlight on meeting the needs of those who are most vulnerable in our society, including those who are self-isolating. It was created by Hayley Hammond and Dan Dehlavi, and directed by Simon Ratigan through HLA.

British Gas launched its "Here to solve" campaign in February this year with a pair of ads.
