Announced at a press conference to herald the opening of Fespa in Munich in June this year, the association revealed its next major exhibition will be held in the capital at Excel London from 25-29 June 2013.
Fespa managing director for events Frazer Chesterman said: "We really believe the time is right to go to London the year after the 2012 London Olympics and the huge investment on infrastructure."
He added that the show would be of a similar size, or perhaps slightly larger, than this June's event in Munich, which is set to be 27,000sqm.
"Excel is a huge venue and in terms of our needs is perfect," said Chesterman.
