Creative, ambitious and high-maintenance.

What would you be if you weren't a brand manager?
Police dog-handler.

What advice would you give someone starting their marketing career today?
To find a good mentor. It always helps to bounce ideas around.

What attracted you to your current job?
The possibility of meeting an officer in uniform.

How did you get your first job?
Through the foot and mouth outbreak - I was sent to work on a crisis campaign to urge people to continue to visit the UK.

What's your favourite bar or restaurant?
Gary Rhodes' restaurant on-board the P&O Cruises' ship Arcadia.

What has been your best freebie?
A two-week Caribbean cruise (technically it was classed as work as I was on a photoshoot).

If you were a brand, which would you be?
L'Oréal - because I'm worth it.

What is your favourite campaign or slogan?
'Every little helps' - I think nearly everyone can relate to it.

Which ad campaign do you wish you had commissioned?
Cadbury's 'Gorilla'. It got everyone talking.

Do you have any hobbies?
Playing badminton - but I only enjoy it if I win.

What makes you angry?
People who speak jargon.

If you could get tickets to any event, what would it be?
The 2012 Olympics.

What can't you live without?
Hair straighteners.
