Brand manager of the week: Bobbie Andrews, Marketing manager, Cineworld

- Describe yourself in three words.

I'm told: logical, persistent, square-shaped.

- What would you be if you weren't a brand manager?

At school I was voted 'Most likely to be a bin man', but I would have probably been a lawyer, like my dad. Maybe I'd moonlight as a bin man.

- What attracted you to your current job?

Film. It's my passion outside work and I'm lucky to have a job in the industry I love.

- What hobbies do you have?

I'm currently ruining as many tunes on the guitar as possible.

- What's your favourite holiday destination?

New York - I love the attitude to life there, and we visited the US frequently when I was small.

- What makes you angry?

I don't like it when people take favours for granted. I'll do most things so long as it's appreciated.

- What languages do you speak?

I'm trying to learn Spanish as my better half is from southern Spain. I speak a little Welsh too.

- If you were a brand, what would you be and why?

I had to ask my friends this one. Apparently: Ronseal - 'does exactly what it says on the tin'.

- What is your favourite ever marketing campaign?

The HSBC airport jet-bridge campaign is fantastic. It's unique and engaging while being congruent with the brand values.

- What is your all-time favourite slogan?

'Eat chips, don't let salad win' - from Eddie's Chippy in my home town. Simple and to the point.

- What have been your best and worst freebies?

As a Filmology VIP Club member I receive exclusive cinema-related offers and freebies. They also gave me a personalised film director's chair, which I love. Worst: a $50 gift card for a steakhouse in Florida, which I can't spend.

- What marketing trend currently dominates your job?

Social media. The trick is to use it efficiently and effectively, but it's not as easy as it sounds.

- If you could get tickets to any event, what would it be?

Premiere tickets to a movie that I've just made. But if you can't arrange that, then a World Cup final would be nice.

- If you had three wishes, what would they be?

To be remembered for something; for my friends and family to have long and happy lives; and for a pulled pork BBQ sandwich.
