The co-branded service, provided by The MarketPlace, will take the form of a mortgage centre on the site.
Consumers have access to an extensive range of mortgage deals. Online tools include a mortgage calculator and best-buys table. The site also contains a list of frequently asked questions and a "call me" facility for technical help.
Borrowers then have the choice of applying online or using the Yahoo! service to arrange an appointment with a MarketPlace adviser.
Dominic Barton, Bradford & Bingley's group business development director, said: "Yahoo! UK & Ireland and The MarketPlace are both dominant players in their respective fields and so a link-up really was the natural choice. The result is a first-class mortgage proposition available to online users across the country."
Fru Hazlitt, managing director of Yahoo! UK & Ireland, said: "We strive to deliver the best of the web to our users and teaming up with a recognised finance market leader proves our continual commitment to this. Together with The MarketPlace, we will offer our personal finance site's core audience leading financial advice and mortgage services."
