GS&P sidewalk stunt sends scouts on a "cookies love milk" mission
The Girl Scouts have been selling cookies without milk for nearly 100 years. So, in honor of the upcoming National Girl Scouts Weekend, Goodby Silverstein & Partners decided to remedy the situation with a troop of Boy Scouts sent on a milk mission to ask, "Got Milk?" The agency surprised a group of girls in the middle of their cookie drive by setting up the boys to sell single servings of milk right beside them. Dean Foods donated the milk, and the proceeds from the sale went to the Boy Scouts of America. A video recapping the event is being shared via a targeted social media campaign. Whenever someone uses #girlscoutcookies, a short clip from the film appears to remind them that cookies are better with milk.
