
The programme will launch on 14 October and will broadcast on Jazz FM every weeknight from 7-10pm, presented by Sarah Ward and Helen Mayhew.
The deal brokered by Feather Brooksbank and TPC Media on behalf of Jazz FM. It will run initially for three months and is worth a five-figure sum. Other recent Jazz FM sponsors include Southern Comfort, The Financial Times, Pizza Express and Yamaha.
It is the first time wine cooperative has advertised on radio. Douglas Morton of The Bordeaux Wine Council said: ‘We see a very natural fit between Dinner Jazz and Bordeaux Wines. We have some very exciting plans in the pipeline that will show just how a passion and understanding for Bordeaux wines is mirrored by a love of jazz.'
Jazz FM chief executive Richard Wheatly said the show will be extended online at www.jazzfm.com, featuring more information about the programme, options to listen again, and the latest news and reviews about Bordeaux Wines and Dinner Jazz.
