A nurse who has worked all Christmas is greeted by her family on Boxing Day morning in Boots’ festive campaign. Mother created the spot, which opens on a family waking up in the early hours of Boxing Day and wrapping beauty-product gifts – the kind sold in Boots – before gathering to welcome home the nurse. The ad ends with the line "Because she’s special" and is supported by outdoor, print, direct and social media activity. Consumers are encouraged to take to Twitter to celebrate the special people in their lives. The work was directed by Noam Murro through Biscuit Filmworks. Post-production was handled by MPC.
