Boots announced it was reviewing the account in July as part of a radical shake-up of its marketing structure intended to help it become a ‘world-class pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer'.
The company also unveiled a new commercial structure, as well as announcing plans to split its marketing team in three, creating new directors for loyalty, CRM and customer communications and in-store marketing.
