BMPtvi nets interactive deal for Cold Feet

LONDON - BMPtvi, the interactive unit of BMP DDB, has signed a contract with Granada Broadband to develop interactive commercial opportunities for the latest series of ITV ratings goliath Cold Feet.

Cold Feet is one of ITV's biggest ratings winners with around 9m viewers tuning in each episode. The fourth series is set to broadcast in the autumn, although the schedule has yet to be released.



BMPtvi managing director Andrew Howells said, "This is next-generation thinking and it's all about leveraging the intrinsic value of the Cold Feet brand. We provide a new perspective, signified by our approach that is branding- and media-led, exploiting new interactive connections to add additional value."



The new series will also be supported by a £1m sponsorship from the recently redesigned Mini. This will include broadcast sponsorship of the series and online presence.
