Blueberry Wave makes three senior appointments

LONDON - Data marketing company Blueberry Wave has expanded its senior team with the appointment of James Dickens and Natasha Parker-Coughlin as account directors and Simon Richards as a developer.

Dickens, who joins Blueberry Wave after five years at Group M where he was evaluation manager, has been appointed to lead a team of three on the Carphone Warehouse account.

At Group M, Dickens analysed and presented results of direct response campaigns to the clients of media agencies including MediaCom and MEC.

Parker-Coughlin will lead the team managing the Scotts of Stow account.

She joins from the Timbnet Group, a timber company, where she was in a variety of roles since 2000, including CRM development manager and marketing manager.

Richards has been appointed to help develop the Carphone Warehouse retention database, as well as to work on and make improvements across database development projects for other Blueberry Wave clients.

He joins after six years at EHS Brann Discovery, where he spent two years developing the Royal Mail business-to-business marketing database, and four years working on the Diageo GB business-to-customer marketing database team.

Pamela Bath, director at Blueberry Wave, said: "James and Natasha will play a vital role in heading up, directing and ensuring quality delivery across some of our key accounts, as well as helping to grow and evolve our relationship with these companies.

"Simon will play a key function in building and developing our clients' databases, so they can be easily used to maximise return on investment from marketing campaigns."
